Refund policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return

Email support@dailyluxonline.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items (if any are marked as such on the product page) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
